New Accounts are able to register, but will need admin activation before they can post to the forums. In order to be activated we request that you post a poem or other example of your work in the "Problems and questions" forum, which does not require registration to post.
Most registrants are spam robots and do not know how to do that.
In the meantime, enjoy exploring the forums.
