1955 - 2016 Obituary Condolences

Gerald "Jerry" La Vergne, 60, passed in his sleep on Saturday, March 12, 2016, in Arlington. Service: A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 16, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Mariposa Apartments, main floor, 2600 Hunter Road, San Marcos. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please make donations to the Epilepsy Foundation of Texas at Born June 11, 1955, to Maurice and Clara Ann La Vergne in Houston, Jerry graduated from Spring Woods High School in 1973. He enjoyed a long career in the IT industry with Texas Instruments and Hewlett-Packard. He was preceded in death by his father, Maurice "Mel" La Vergne. Survivors: Jerry is survived by his mother, Clara Ann Mansolo; brothers, Larry La Vergne and wife, Karen, and David La Vergne and Shirley La Vergne; and his two nieces, Lauren Foster and husband, Trace, and Lana La Vergne.
