Garden

Here in this garden
of paved streets
and ever growing people
I sit
watching
as the city rises
to full bloom
dances
awakened
by its own music
busy
growing
weeds mixed with flowers
add to all
that encases its beauty
for here
along endless curb
both beauty and beast
feed upon the lush grasses of humanity........sean
