Tango Fire
Catholics once decreed,
Tango, Adultery set to sound.
Sin in its pure greed,
Then love I have found.
Tantalizing attire,
Breast to breast,
Begin to perspire.
Light the Tango fire.
A slow embrace.
Dark passion play of fervor.
Sensuality and grace,
Eyes of desire.
Lingering hands caress.
Seek the hidden desire.
Once hated by the press.
sensual attire causes respire.
Sudden flirts,
Sexual prurience ensues.
Tango, a pleasure and a pain.
A poison no one can contain.
Pull me close to say,
Never think twice!
Enjoy the sensual play.
Dance in the romantic paradise.
Spins, dips
Skirts a flutter.
Swiveling hips,
Entwining legs make me shutter.
One last tango
One night firefly
Satin and silk ebb and flow.
Atavistic passion intensify.
Why deny one last dance,
and forgo the ecstasy?
Two bodies in a trance.
Your lips next to me.
Your body cries NO!
Your mind screams YES!
Indecisiveness makes the passion grow.
Your actions a digress.
This is Tango's sensuality
An open display
Shown with grace. I'd have it no other way.
Adultery's musicality.

Re: Tango Fire
This poem takes the reader on a very pleasant trip through the actual overt gesture of the dance act and the covert thought processes active during the dancing. Very well written and truly from the soul! I enjoyed the fact that both the overt and covert aspects of the dance were included.
