I couldn't help but peek in Naush.. I've read her story to..thus this is why I ended up positing a few poems on abuse in the forum.

It is a sad world we live in.. and there is lots of this going on..now they have Ravyns place as a safe haven..

I only knew her a little. I wish I had known her better while she was here. But there is only one way to look at it, and that is that she has gone on to a better place.

I should have come here earlier.

Chris, to read her scribbles is to know her. the fact that Jenn cant reply anymore means nothing. i belive she can still see the comments and still touch hearts and open eyes...

she is still here

The only way to know Jen is to read her words... nothing I or anyone else can say can bring her to life for you like her own story.

In this forum The Ravyn's Nest any topic with the author The Ravyn. Her story can be read here A Dark Journey.
Anyone can be passionate, but it takes real lovers to be silly.

i've been absent from the poetry pages for quite some time and had no knowledge of her passing. i'll never forget the way i sat riveted for hours when she first began posting her story. i cried. and cried. and cried. never have i been so moved and so affected by the words of a stranger.

:book: I read Jenn's "The Dark Journey" story... I didn't know it even existed until seeing this thread... Oh... my... gosh... :darn: ... I got mad after I read it... :soapbox: ... I got mad at myself, at other people, and at the evil that is this world... I hope Jerad, Jaker, Mark, and any other human being that hurt her burns in hell... I got mad at myself because half the time I whine and think I'll never make it through another argument with my boyfriend... what right do I have to whine, when Jenn was tortured and abused and literally ripped apart for NO REASON!!!
Jenn is a hero if I've ever heard of/believed in one!

I didn't get to know her well, if at all, before she passed away and I wish I had been in a well enough state of mind to have done so... but as is commonly stated, hindsight is 20/20...

Kudos to Jenn, and I hope, despite her life and death, she found true happiness and peace!
