I AWOKE

Post by Alisdaire » Wed Nov 13, 2002 10:41 am

<a name="#sixty one"> I AWOKE </a>

I Awoke
to the momentous combustion
Of riveted compressed blues
The thoughts tangled my breath
shortened the span between and through
to the truth of you.
I awoke
Lost to the empty horizons
that engulfed and swallowed whole
Not knowing where or when
but seeing nothing there.
I awoke
To the humbled desire
Lusting the lofty places
craving the intimate presence
the whirlwind of passions realm
but lost for now.
I awoke
Out of my own internal dreams
to bridge my own destiny to you
No ethereal perception nor phantoms gaze
but the reality of each moment
pressed and sieved through perceptions filter
Till to myself,
I awaken.

With You

Post by Alisdaire » Fri Nov 15, 2002 11:11 pm

<a name="#sixty two"> With You </a>

The Heart
Hear its beat
Ponding and thudding along
With every thought
That flows
Within this mind.
Feelings
Images
Captured in my dreams
Giving sensations
Movement
Awareness
Within my flesh and bones.
Awakening
reassuring
My mind and my Soul
To the reality
That truth I feared
That I was in love
With you.

Hear these Words

Post by Alisdaire » Sat Nov 16, 2002 1:18 am

<a name="#sixty three"> Hear these Words </a>

I sit here
Thinking the words that play
the witness before me gathers
all the images fashioned here
and some where between parables
and destiny's great array
I fall silent
To the words that were portrayed
I see you, that you know
for that heart ever flutters to my words
You breath my thoughts
try to draft yours with mine
and here I hear your tears
Truly I feel the sadness
That which leaps from your heart
Filling the essence of you
and coming across those words you recite
to whisper out to me.
You fear it, there is no doubt
and in that fear I too swallow
to tide the circumference of passions play
Upon lonely thoughts
Of Lonely Us
Do I die again,
fade into the recesses of your mind
and stay hidden till, tear filled
You overflow and long
Long the words that haunt you
Long the images my word have buried deep
Aye fine I know you, Always have
and the morrows light shall not dim
these Feelings we have gathered through.
Call me in the morning
Let my name from those lips bless the Dawn
and may your chambers find me at night.

Poetic Ideals

Post by Alisdaire » Thu Nov 28, 2002 11:36 pm

<a name="#sixty four"> Poetic Ideals </a>

Poetic Ideals
I have none...
I only wish and hope
that the pantomime of words
etched upon fragments of thoughts
somehow gathers, forms and liberates
another's mind to mine.
I play the role of a surgeon
slicing my subject neatly, I pray..
delving into the structures of verbatim
and finding the corridors of rhyme.
There to interlace with fancy dreams
and the frolics of crafted images
those impressions that I place
within my subjects mind
Here upon these pages
I enter as any would be player
the direction, Aye and form
I bring from your heart and dreams
and here I know I command
every tingle thats stretches out
and nibbles each inch of your soul.
Do I write the pose of Gods, Nay!
but rather that mortal flesh endowed
the sweetest forms and exotic embraces
of the mind , heart and soul.

The Baron

Post by Alisdaire » Mon Dec 02, 2002 7:32 pm

<a name="#sixty five"> The Baron </a>

I close the doors
that cling to shadowed form
of what once was my outward embrace
The curtains drawn
covering all illuminating fragrance of light
Diseased to the fornicating perception
of all that once I was
to lay silent
ever to the hush of time.
I draw from all my deepest fears
mocking what anticipation has oft times cast
falling back into my domain
that crafted box that ever awaits my form
to bring the bearers of eternal rest.

I collect every avenue that crosses my path
to the horror and justice of fate
Come hither O crafted jewels of night
that drifts and flies my mind.
Here within the swirling embrace I dance
forever to the blinding depth of Hell
Once I loved for that perpetual song
that filled the essence deep and the form
Ah! But now how I gasp upon fainted breath
the succulent taste that harbors death.

These Eyes have journeyed deep and far
Upon the valleys and plains of Hades
I have seen and witnessed torment, bottled
Till a soul begs its last moment of peace
Here in my place,My decayed rapture fades
to the morning call of Sol upon the horizon
But my time ,My moment
Tis always at hand
For in the decadence of your fortitude
All long my excised Soul theirs.
For what mortal man does not dream
wanting the depravity I am
Nor women seek the flutters of my lips
to feel the ending and know its depth
To fly upon the ecstasy of death.

Yorkshire Downs

Post by Alisdaire » Thu Dec 05, 2002 12:14 am

<a name="#sixty six"> Yorkshire Downs </a>

Sweet, sweet the fields
where the grass grows rich and full
to fill the valley to a spectacular view
That comes and engulfs this mind of mine.
I run freely the course of the wind
twirling in this dance the eternals play
The days, the nights, ever glowing in bounty
to these wild free images that here surround
infiltrate and vitalize each breath taken
thought spoken and dream envisioned.
Here in the belly structures of life
I commit to the song of the bird over head
the fox upon the green and that screeching call
of the majestic wind, that falls and gathers
every scented blossom from the fragrant womb
Of Mother earths grandeur.
Who understands better or partakes of this form
ever born to the senses, drawn to the Soul
These remote desolate places that summon and call
reminding one of the glory, the powers that yield
Here in the Yorkshire Downs,One learns to know.

Seed of thought

Post by Alisdaire » Sun Jan 12, 2003 2:05 pm

<a name="#sixty seven"> Seed of thought </a>

Ahh, but the words I whisper here
before her soft textured ear
to nuzzle my thoughts e'er but to mingle
To tease the lobe aye and make it tingle.
Little butterfly words to entice your thought
sweet rose petaled hues for all you sought
Here my Lass drift your currants and twine
to textures and images crafted e'er so divine
My words like seeds upon your mind
grow gently when your thoughts to me unwind
Let me take you on that romantic ride
between the husky passions side
and lay you down upon soft quilted sheets
to feel the pounding hearts sweeter Beats.
Lets make no promise that none can hold
but keep what for us love has told
In tender embraces till the Dawns early light
Let us love together With passions greatest might.

Ae Fond Kiss

Post by Alisdaire » Wed Jan 22, 2003 1:22 pm

<a name="#sixty eight"> Ae Fond Kiss </a>

Ae Fond Kiss
Ae fond kiss, and then we sever!
Ae farewell,and then forever!
Deep in heart-wrung tears I'll pledge thee,
Warring sighs and groans I'll wage thee,
Who shall say that fortune grieves him,
While the Star of hope she leaves him?
Me nae cheerfu' twinkle lights me,
Dark despair around benights me.
Robert Burns (1759-1796)
--------------------------------------
That gathers amidst the torrid rain
The heavy skies ladened e'er with grief
Here empties to the tears that flow.
I remember the yesterday's dream
the swinging clarity that surrounded this love
and drawn whole together- We
Aye! We dreamed and dared a future
Gathering our love like a quilt around us
keeping the warmth of every thought embraced -alive
Fleeing every adversary, we pledged
Eternal the Love strings our Soul's played.
Time tithers visions and goals
Hearts drift to dialogs of thought
and somewhere in between the you and the I
We faded to past glories, Aye! The dreams.
I saw the towered structures fall
felt the Earth shudder to the sigh
that here warred within this heart
and battled forth errands of seek and destroy
Till left empty, alone, We cry
For every silent memory of what was
and with those cold Northern winds
We kissed and said goodbye.
I still sit on such howling nights
Where heavy clouds drift and fall
Hearing in my silence, again your voice
and all the promises that now chaotic lay
Of all that once, truly once was
Aye! How well I grieve, I cry.
Reflections carry upon the rain
that which still scares this my Soul
and the strangest Images crafted there
Tis not the joyful and happy times
But that final touch, that last kiss goodbye.

So This is Love

Post by Alisdaire » Tue Feb 25, 2003 2:25 pm

<a name="#sixty nine"> So this is Love! </a>

Yes I wonder,
the depth of these chords of Love
what strings linger and capture
or radiate the frenzy of passions thirst.
I see so much, so little,
and question my identity to it all,
trying to grasp every little conception
every exasperated sigh....
Sigh....A thought!
What images fill this mind,
swirls upon the delicate membranes of life and ponders,
Till filled full, I cry out into the unknown
and question this thing called Life.
I see the many avenues ventured,
relive the particles of shared embraces.
Dance again a thousand memories and visions
and wonder at the meaning of love;
Filling my spaces to all those faces
Living a thought that faded e'er so fast.
Or, Caught in an awkward stare
I glance back upon the beauty of form.
Finding too, that in all the perfection I see
It's not always the most beautiful body that fills
or vibrates the strings within,
But I find the eyes gather, they draw
and then that mind becomes my main desire.
I learn to Love, truly learn!
Learning its not me, But drawn in
giving freely unexpected--- But why?
I still hear the old man's wisdom
when I'm lost so to clues
His words echo in sober discourse
To illuminate all that is in me
---It just is, accept it for that and nothing more.
And so I grow, at least I think I do.

Enchanted I

Post by Alisdaire » Tue Feb 25, 2003 2:27 pm

<a name="#seventy"> Enchanted I </a>

Enchanted I

By her my LianaSidhe

Caught like a fish

upon a lure of bonnie smiles;

Bewitched by all her craft

that ever before me stands.

Enchanted I

by two deep pools of blue

and hair, gold and Ivory entwined,

by cameo silk, moon glossed skin

fragrant, warm, inviting

evoking the tempest of my passion.

Enchanted I

By some form of witchcraft

Spun by forces beyond my depth

and I like a fly to the web,

helplessly await to be devoured

consumed spirit, flesh and body.

Enchanted I

by what work of Gods' involved

to send swiftly that ancient arrow

that flies from cupids bow so straight

to engulf the beats of this heart,

draining the soul drop by drop

till all that is me within her dwells.

Enchanted forever,

Enchanted to you.

Depravity Of Man

Post by Alisdaire » Tue Feb 25, 2003 2:28 pm

<a name="#seventy one"> The Depravity Of Man </a>

Within these plains of life and death
E'er I stand alone,
here between the fragments of eternal decay
words prosper little to none.
I am the dreamer of dreams
This mind the battle ground of frolics and plays
that here in this desolate foreground
awaits the cry of silent fields.
A ghost, Aye true as words best gather
A ghost of promises faded fast,
Of fathomed depths this Soul has hungered
Liberated now freely drives the song,
That song of a thousand wishes, of promises
that have drifted to the currents of time.
Here Haunting in the solitude
that place where the awaiting moment springs
and dances upon the unconditioned mind.
Here in death,
this place of the silent gardens and whispering hopes,
Who has witnessed or learned,
touched these fragrant fields and gathered these lillies.
I remember Oh to well,
those torrid fields of life's disdain,
where hatred filled both vain and blood
and pain etched to to the flood of thought.
I suffer here in the memory
the Waged sin that beguiled my Soul
and into this eternal Hell I'm cast,
to relive second by second that horror,
that blood stained field,
that unholy action of War.
I remember the call
that moment of honour
and feeling the engulfing purpose of reason filled,
that summoned my ego, relentless I too arose
with the legions, to the battle honours sold.
But God crafts not to mans delusions
nor is the Soul purified by blood,
but rather the death of ones fellow brother
here stains the iniquity of the whole.
But in death there rest no country,
In death their is no goal,
and here in the depths of its embrace
My soul purifies its horrid past.
Till washed pure to the vulgar,
the depravity of man,
I shall again walk flowered gardens
and cross the crystal sea.

Where Words Gather

Post by Alisdaire » Tue Feb 25, 2003 2:29 pm

<a name="#seventy two"> Where Words Gather </a>

Do I say it
In what manner or form
Do these thoughts embrace
to caress your mind to mine
and there between to say-to say what?
There are many avenues the Soul does wander
and many places the heart may stray-If but once,
Yet! Blessed Heavens open forth her floods
to drown the disarray without you.
Can you hear me in the silent recesses
can you feel my presence drift through to your Soul
And there in that moment truly, Can you truly be alone?
Have I not within your whispers gathered
all that was to me their form
and drifting upon each gaze you gave
Did I not flow e'er the closer to you.
This heart is wide and deep
It flutters upon soft sweet images of you
ever crafted so finely, almost divine
Till bursting a universe
I beheld the boundaries of you.

Where words drift
where thoughts embrace you forever
to hold your heart within my hands
Knowing it given so fully, complete
I ravish in the erotic folds of you
That seductive mind that garnishes my palette
and where my tongue savors your taste - warmth.
Its in your words and mine
we gather ever to the union, that total dialog
Of heart, of mind, of body.

Lucifer

Post by Alisdaire » Tue Feb 25, 2003 2:33 pm

<a name="#seventy three"> Lucifer </a>

Here upon this blackened hour
this midnight grace of soulful weepers
I stand triumphant as ever I have
having the bowels of the earth as my belly
and what disdain I hold for you.

I was crafted long ago
versed well and liberated true
Innocent to life's adventures and follies
I stepped through
Ah! Wicked world and such wicked people
That fill me as truly they unknowingly do
and I rise with each fall they take
Making forever my throne upon their cries.

Who would believe they that he held so grand
would enter this sphere of being with me
How now in mocking solitude do I
Decry his fancy dream.
Mortal flesh holds no barrier
nor gathers deeper the senses of me
I rise in the momentum of every deserted thought
and my cries haunt the heaven's ever more.

I am beyond it, past the caring, alone to the dark
that fills their clammy thoughts and sunken breaths
Hording their infertile souls together
taping up their past glories and faded dreams.
Ha! How I detest their smell
that wanting decay of greed that fills them
overtaking every necessity of life to their goal
To my Goal, and they care little not.

I have seen their greatness and the lies
that fornicated their beliefs
making regal that which gutter bound lays
and pungent their thoughts fill my place.
I remember those days, far away in my mind
The birth of that constant struggle
that in Innocence I was
and that I should bow to them
Lower the perfection of my grace
and accept that detestable form.
Mock me not-I warn you!

I remember when all acknowledged me
when no foot I laid dented any dust or ways
I was created great and whole-Perfection
I dazzled the world at my birth
and how the world shock and the Heavens quaked
For I was the greatest and the brightest.

Now My chambers are milked in horror
my visions engulf delinquent thoughts
and my only hope lays in their defeat
those infertile beings that clog my world
Ah that just one stamp of my foot and they all would fade
One roar of my breath would rot them away
But He , He thinks they are a marvel.

Have I not rode the scarlet wings of death
along the horizons of their battle cries
and charging with each side into their Victories
Did not their words collide,
both sides saying the same
and how for his name sake -In God's Name-
have I not gathered the nations around
each crafting his image theirs and warring
No! not true whoring the God they praised.

Come upon my knee Child of man
see the truth of what you are
Look deep into these black coals of mine
and feel the Darkness of your life
I am he that wages the heavens roar
till toppled to this world I fell
But in truth My God knows well
These mortals are not fit for me nor him
There shall be a time when again he raises me
acknowledging what I saw in man
and Placing me beside him as he had afore
His Brightest Son, Lucifer!
To whom the Heavens adore.

A FATHERS TALE

Post by Alisdaire » Wed Feb 26, 2003 12:42 am

<a name="#seventy four"> A FATHERS TALE </a>

The story passes
From mouth to ear,
ear to mouth.

I've heard the bittersweet pages
that rang like a chorus upon the night,
Filled with the same spirit, I too sang my tale.
Down the cobbled streets across the briers,
It journeyed on, sweeping the passages of times
sweet caressed moments till- Puff! Gone.
I hear it in the old men,
those tales of victors and parades,
upon battlefields and mires, cross woodland bridges
Till it catches onto fresh ears.
I've seen in my mind,
each part portrayed and carried,
the rising winds, those thundering clouds
The dark caresses, the crisp cold air.
Till charged I run too
and formulating all I can bring to bear
the feelings flood every gate and form,
to release me into the torrid storm of hope and faith.
They gather here around me
My Fathers and theirs afore
the words humble, beg the knowing, Reciting
what memories down pour.
In these distant field I haven't forgot the tales
Those stories of life and pain, But!
Rather I feel them all the more, brighter, more true,
and filling all I perceive or long to know
Till again the up breeze captures and carries my mind on through,
to those wild Heather hills and purple cap thistle fields.
How can I forget them, their form , their tongue
Those words that embrace me stronger than arms e'er could.
I know the depth of feelings my people, my race endure
That tale of their Freedom
Is the ancestors common lure.

Erin, the Blessed Isle

Post by Alisdaire » Sun Mar 02, 2003 9:07 pm

<a name="#seventy five"> Erin, the Blessed Isle </a>

These old fields have held us
bound together these mortal forms
and crafted us to this Isle.
Within these primal grounds
pounds the everlasting beats of form
That here pounds in vein filled streams
Of our fathers and of their lore.
I have heard the Heavens thunder
ancient Gods with bygone songs,
that forever raises the blood of their sons
and fills their minds ever to the eternal glory
Of Erin's Scented fields and lively character.
I hear upon the soaring winds that drift
Gaelic tunes that rides with the Western gales,
Hovering in notes and Derry airs,
while lingering forever to the haunt of mind and place.
Where the mists of fallen heroes dance
Forever to the past glories, faded dreams
and upon her Emerald soil there lingers
The blood, The tears of unforgiving Daughters
that waved their final farewells,
that drowned their eternal tears
Into the peat filled bogs , the womb of their Mother.
By God! What other land has beheld the chaotic hands of time,
walked its children through it and feared no man.
