It took courage and selflessness to publicly post such a stirring rendition of inner conflicts and feelings. But that's what most poetry is...

amen, Pops. Not that the few, uneducated words I have can help, but I am not only proud of sharing, but I thankyou for sharing. It helps me as well, and I know it helps others. Thank you.

Can't stop the tears here....oh my.

Written so well, poignantly....so true...so true...the anguish and torture...

Today is my first time to this section of poetry pages.

Sorta hard.....gulp...

Deep breath.

Thank you Orphen....

This is VERY powerful and direct. It's simply written for the most part, but the simplicity of the poem only adds to it, not take away.

I'm very happy to hear that you got help and were helped. Thank you for sharing. I know that must have been very hard for you.

Man I've missed a lot of good poetry since I've been gone...

Very well done, and kudos to you for sharing this... I can imagine that it was very hard, but you should be proud... You got help... you've survived... but you don't need me to tell you that...

Thank you very much for sharing, and I'm happy for you that you got help and are ok...

Unsettling. Disturbing but in some odd way courage seeps through the poem+++...if it were that you can but despair a little less______________________________BeeJay
