The Poetry Pages Poet Laureate is elected to serve in this office for 6 months. This forum will be his/hers to organize and operate as he/she wishes. The Poet Laureate will be a moderator of this forum. Previous Poets Laureate forums will be archived for future reference.

These forums do not autoprune.

I'm afraid that the Poetry Pages Poet Laureate program seems to have run its course. This will no longer be a bi-annual event. Future Poets Laureate will be selected either at random or upon nomination from amongst their peers. It was fun while it lasted. Thanks to all who have participated in this program, and good luck to any and all future nominees.
