blend anger and compunction.
add one part fear you never know
when some might come in handy
and two parts pride, now you've got
something fine and dandy.
now take a pinch of argument
and mix it thoroughly.
chill for days and you will see
that what was once so good and fine
just needed a little more time.
now the dish is ready to eat
and here you sit, you're so complete
now, pick it up and throw it away
'cause I think you've discovered
you're not hungry today.

thanks Heinz, I do seriously need help formatting this stuff. am not yet literate in computerese, but I am trying. I think[and I might be wrong] that I got this last one right. anyway, see if you can straighten out "the recipe".
