Unbidden.

Rondeau prime.

Some half forgotten memories.
Rise to the surface of my mind
Unbidden and not always kind.
Though some are guaranteed to please.
Because of feelings they release.
Of opportunities declined
Some half forgotten.

Long repressed feelings of unease
Vague fears of something ill defined
Perhaps we feared that we might find
Only unfulfilled dreams of peace.
Some half forgotten.

I am going through my source books my brain needs the exercise.Looking for forms I have not tried before.
