Upgrade to PHPBB3 to Happen on Tuesday - 10/8

I will be doing the switchover to the new PHPBb3 forum on Tuesday, probably in the early afternoon (In Eastern Time).

The forums will be locked down before the switchover but should be back up within a half an hour on the new forums. I will try to do the switch when I see that there is no one online.

After the switch I will redirect the current forum index page to the new forum index page. The new forum will look different although I have managed to keep the same general style and color scheme.

There will probably be some problems with a few things such as links in peoples posts and sinatures and html coding in posts that need to be changed to bbcode (such as the center html code that will need to be adjusted).

Hopefully it will all go fairly smoothly though.

Previous upgrades have also left behind traces of no longer relevant code. We will learn to adjust and enjoy the new "look".
