Dear Mother My Beloved

This is a poem for my late mother, may God rest her soul...
The Eternal thou shall embrace
the coming of the Light--
thy love shall not be but become
of infinite insight.
Thou shall unveil the ascension
reborn into a life
rising unto the ardent Sun
upon that Dawn's goodnight.
Thou shall never cast a Shadow
in that path of midnight,
for thou shall embark with the Truth
against the Winds of Time.
The everlasting sleep shall be
a journey through the Sky
'til the awakening Robins
Sing a hymn of goodbyes.
