The Return (Part 3)

The Return ( Part 3)

The more he walked the nearer he
was closer to his destiny.
Back home. The place he once had fled
Still stained by blame when fire spread

Unknowingly, a little child
who played with fire that would go wild
When summer breezes blew it's flames
Consuming, raging, unrestrained

The village judged his child's fate
Suspicion, Ignorance, and hate
Combined to force the boy to flee
Somewhere out there beyond the trees
I prefer to keep an open mind,....but not so much that my brains fall out.- Carl Sagan
Your brain is like an umbrella. It only works when it's open- Someone Smart
