My Bone Hockin Dog

Post by kuperian4ever » Sun Dec 29, 2013 2:31 pm

My bone hockin dog

When I get home
He gets to waggin his tail
Lettin me know
Everything is just swell
But what he really wants
Is a rawhide log
He loves’em
He’s my bone hockin dog

Those rawhide bones
Are his favorite chew
He takes from me
Just like he’d take ‘em from you
As long as he gets one
Cause he’s just a hog
For rawhide
He’s my bone hockin dog

Now late in the evening
When he’s doin his work
Out in the back yard
Diggin his dirt
He’s looking for treasure
Cause he buried that log
His rawhide
He’s my bone hockin dog

He keeps his teeth white
With his rawhide chew
So when he licks your face
You won’t say, yeeeeew
But his breath can still
Put you into a fog
He chews rawhide
He’s my bone hockin dog

Bric-a Brac

Death will be your final victory over life
Rejoice, for victory comes even as you live
Spread your arms and embrace the future

I had a Jack Russell when I was a Kid. Used to tag along with me on my early morning paper route. He had one bad habit. He often would take a single sock and bury it in my mom's flower beds. He would have a lop sided grin while watching me search under the bed for the missing sock. Funny dog or so he thought.
