Sheer necessity.
Are you aware some fish can fly?
I am and I know the reason why.
When pursued by a predator
The wisest course is to soar
aloft and leave the predator behind.
Still hungry with his jaws agape
with much confusion is his mind
because he let his prey escape.
Although their flight is limited
they can outwit their predator.
by being just one step ahead.
And that is why some fish can fly
A simple fact you can’t deny.
