As I approach the age of forty
(slowly approach, I must say)
I'm living up to the name Gordy
My middle expands day by day

As I do less exercise and more ingesting
It seems it's fat, not muscle, I've stored
And much to my protesting
I'm taking the shape of a gourd

When I met my wife she thought my bod
was slim and firm like a barracuda.
Then, I had the body of a god
I still do, but now that god is Buddha

OMG my Auntie like worhsips you then, she has little statues of you all over her house. She will be like so chuffed that I am talking to Buddha!!

This poem made me giggle after a hard day at college, in fact I am still at college!! hehe.
