She was the one
and the reason for me to be

Too blind to see
The light too bright to be

I began to fear
Falling from the sky

Feet on the ground
Not knowing I became a ghost

Ever since it was untied
Joy was lost

Doomed and astray
Nowhere was to be found


She's still the one
after all these years

I tried to leave it all behind
soon I gave up and let go

Life always keeps me alive
one day will all be healed

I have now learnt enough
The price has been payed

Ever since it was untied
Joy just to be, is found

Everywhere is the place
Nowhere but here to be


When the past turns to gold
a fatal shot comes

The lesson, to go on
to be in the light again

Filled with love
Just to be
