I'm weaker than strength.

Tic toc goes the clock
But not quite fast enough
My mind has been racing
And time has been taking
All of what I've come to know

Shadows of a passing day
Have taken what I want to say
Put these silly songs in a corner
To never come out of the folder
Which has enraptured my mind

Breaking what was set before
Untangle the beat and never go
But mind and heart collide again
Wash away what could've been
And strong enough to let go

I'll hate myself for putting you
Through all of what I can do
I'm so sorry, I'm so weak
But please, I need you to
Be happy on your own
"A woman with the courage to step out into the unknown, risking temporary loneliness for a shot at lasting joy, is more than a "single." She's singular. Instead of defining herself by what she lacks - a relationship with a man - she defines herself by what she has: a relationship with God." ~from Dawn Eden's 'The Thrill of the Chaste'

Nice job, I loved the line,

"Shadows of a passing day
Have taken what I want to say"
