Deeply rooted emotion
seeded from the beginning of existence
give rise to unspoken desires
to ones
yearning of thought
mind body heart soul
lasting
thru out eternity
the fear of the unknown
the opening of our own Pandora’s box
giving rise to so many uncertainties
Indulgences that when feasted upon
lead to a sudden catastrophic paradox
do we dare feast upon the forbidden
this paradise of our own making
will it
be worth the sacrifice
or
will it lead to our demise
lifting us to heights unknown
only to
descend upon us as
sudden doom
causing one
to lock it’s doors once more
reluctantly
putting away it’s tarnished keys
and
watch as it’s cobwebs weave
a tapestry of translucent emotion
to lay dormant until
the soul awakens once more
