My Music Man

Post by starfire » Thu Jun 26, 2008 6:26 pm

Your hands drum a steady tune,
The counter melody to my quivering voice,
But I don't tell you this vibrato isn't mine,
You're expertise is making me nervous.

You laugh, that dark timpani deep,
And my lively soprano chimes in with you,
As your patient beat guides me,
To an ever dreamful sleep.
"If a man does not know what harbor he is seeking, no light will be enough to guide him."

Thank you so much!
I loved writing this...
It was so... musically intimate.

Thank you JGarrison. :)

A sweet tune, thoughtfully and gently laid out...
