Stream Of Sand

Post by carndo » Wed Jul 11, 2007 12:31 pm

Stream Of Sand

Slowly moving...
born from wind,
Sculptures of God's mind
descends finding some ray of hope
that a higher love will be found
in shapes in a stream of sand,
Perhaps...
of those who look
will find a higher purpose
from dreams of the heart,
Completed in an echo of time,
I need my life to be
added to the stream of sand.

Languages To The Soul

Post by carndo » Wed Jul 11, 2007 12:35 pm

Languages To The Soul

Telepathic languages to the soul
lost long ago,
Yet...
a reawakening
touches one
ancient in legend,
Spirits of long ago
tells a story
so vivid
in the imagination
of the great gap
to the generation
as they connect
in that space where some forget,
Remembering those past lives,
Completing those lessons
that a heart needs,
Asking questions that forever meet
only in its answer,
The answer of life
and the souls that have passed on
to the unknown,
For this lesson reveals answers
if we know ourself,
We understand the past
and of the great things
that have come before us,
Teaching us the wisdom that we need,
Showing us patience
which sometimes is somehow forgotten,
But in that simplicity
we share the sun.

And The Soul Is Met Past A Dream

And The Soul Is Met Past A Dream

Within the light of the stars
and the moon
time speaks
of those journeys and quests
met only in a revelation
where enlightenment touches
your imagination,
And awakens your soul
transcending your thoughts
to a world of indescribable
yearning and desire,
Proclaiming to your heart
the gift of love and the gift of life,
Undoubtedly you fall into it,
Misty reflections
soothe the mystique
in a passionate fire,
Voluptuous only in time,
Cool past an echo
where your shadows whispers
only a song,
And the soul is met past a dream
for what I see in your eyes
touches in the wind
and the silence meets those images forever kept.

First Love

Post by carndo » Wed Jul 11, 2007 12:41 pm

First Love

First love is the beautiful blossoms
of wild flowers in the spring,
And then it becomes the green
meadows of summer,
And as it draws to an end,
It becomes first
the falling of the leaves in fall
and then the cold hibernation
of winter...
But do not fear
for there is always a hope of a new spring,
For with death there comes a birth eternal in its promise,
Balanced only in time,
Yet in that memory
another year begins.

Magic Happens

Post by carndo » Wed Jul 11, 2007 12:42 pm

Magic Happens

A baby is born,
You loose your glasses on your head,
Friends meet for the first time,
You help a friend in need,
They help you and make you laugh,
That last inch that wins the gold,
Love at first sight,
Problems solved,
Hate is extinguished,
A heart touched by the sunrise,
Those sheltered dreams that we forever hold,
Dolphin's songs beyond a horizon,
A child's laughter,
Learning to ride your first two wheeler,
An "A"...
on a test,
Math,
A shared thought,
Self esteem established,
The look in a child's eyes when they receive a puppy,
The feeling you had when first saw that puppy,
Four wheeling,
Hiking,
Biking,
A purr from your favorite cat,
A song that touches your heart,
A warm sunny day,
Family reunions,
Magic happens.

What's Your Poison?

Post by carndo » Wed Jul 11, 2007 12:47 pm

What's Your Poison?

What's your poison ?
What's your ware ?
Sticking holes in your arm
isn't anyway to run away,
Shelterless prisons,
Touching those dreams
far and away,
Countless memories
coloring the harmony
varied in the quiet
mirrored only in your heart,
So you tell me what place do I start ?
What memories dare I bring forth to
explain what your life is worth ?
A passion is meant
to be more
than those nickel and dime
expressions passed off to be feelings,
yet I find
a miracle in what I see,
Revealed past those passions of pain,
And it remains to be
a yearning past a shadow
in my mind,
Every night I find
inspiration that touches in a soul,
Perfection that reaches
a little bit more,
There's a full moon that calls me,
Taking me to places
that most never dream of,
But you have to have the courage
to step out,
Take a chance,
Reach on forever
and see what you can.

Could This Be Our Love?

Post by carndo » Wed Jul 11, 2007 12:54 pm

Could This Be Our Love?

Your touch falls upon me like
a kiss in the morning dew,
The gaze of your eyes
is like the touch of new born child,
the silence resonates with the sound
of your heart beating,
Could this be our love?
Wherein a shadow that touches
those echoes revealed in passion,
Look in my eyes
and see those dreams
as I do,
Hear those whispers
feathered in promises
near an image of time,
Promises touch like a summer day
that the sun never sets upon,
The passion of Thor's eternal forge,
The dreams of a child forever lost in innocence,
Could this be our love?
And in a never ending reflection
time stands still...
just to keep the moment
of our knowing each other,
Discoveries met
in an ironic voice that allows us
to sample a memory,
Moment by moment
like an explorer of a river of lost souls,
We will never give up,
We will never give in,
Until we find forever
all our love within.

Listen

Post by carndo » Wed Jul 11, 2007 1:01 pm

Listen

One day while you're walking
in the woods or anywhere,
Stop...
close your eyes,
Breath deep,
Listen to the birds,
And after taking in all you can...
Open your eyes,
Experience the beauty around you...
and just listen,
Block out all other things
but your dreams and listen,
All the answers you need will be there,
So listen,
Just listen,
Listen to that wisdom
shared from the heart,
Complete from the echoes of our minds,
Show the love of just being,
No conceptions,
No prejudices,
Forget the programing,
Reach from the tears of your soul.

Our Hearts Have Become One

Our Hearts Have Become One

My dreams are never the same
since you've come into my life.
You've taken this lonely soul
and made my life complete again,
Once I thought that love had forsaken me,
But you are love
and each time I'm near you,
My heart clings to yours,

As your desires mingle with mine
we discover a passion that is so
great it can not be measured,

Speak my name
and touch those dreams
where a miracle
we kiss and hold each other in the night,

We sleep so blissful
in each others arms
till the darkness turns to light,

Could life bring more
than what now we share ?
With every reach that we've made
our hearts have become one,
let's listen to the warmth of our souls
and whisper into the wind
a promise forever held.

Like Echoes Answered

Like Echoes Answered

Laying against your head
I felt the comfort,
Like a child feeling the completeness of his bed,
Forever wondering...
Will I ever dream ?

Listen only for a soft memory
hidden behind the shadow
of what once was,
And in that pain
the image of you rises,

Verily I hear your voice,
Only in the distance
like echoes
answered in the night,

How is it that the courageous in love
are forgotten ?
Past over like a jealous wind
which rages in pandemonium.

With A Gentle Kiss And Caress

With A Gentle Kiss And Caress

Trust those who seek
those truths revealed within time,
Reawaken a heart
only met with love,

A heart that was closed
opened up to see
the world around it
and now it included me,

Midsummer in dreams
where eyes touch and reach
those places where some dare not,
Fantasy and desire her combine
in the eyes of love and mine,
Where will it take us,
Who can tell,

And in that revelation
the story only begins
wherein a possibility
is varied
to touch those
who look beyond a veil
showed only by the darkness.

Look To The Stars

Look To The Stars

Look to the stars to find
your place in life,
Let others see only
the best you have inside,

For the dream holds only a miracle
touched in understanding,
Where one excels in anything
that one does,

Open your eyes to the world around you,
Wipe away the cobwebs,
Look closely to the beauty
that surrounds all,

Life passes quickly,
Moments gather new meaning,
When we look with bright eyes
wonders abound,

Create your own fulfillment
and gather those treasures
that we each seek,
In that
we share a new beginning.

Midnight, Moonlight

Post by carndo » Wed Jul 11, 2007 9:18 pm

Midnight, Moonlight

Midnight,
Moonlight,
Speak to my heart
of those secrets
that we all keep,

Midnight,
Like a little black box,
Holding information from the day,
Moonlight,
Like a detective of fox,
shines its light like a beacon on a bay,
Speak to my heart,
What does midnight bring ?
The final conclusion
or the promise of the day,
Our hopes,
Our dreams,
Our thoughts to bury,
Or the ushering of dawn,
To those secrets that we keep,
Shall we whisper
to those who have forgotten ?
Or shall we let them
touch the magic in itself,
Share those thoughts that some
find unappreciated
or untangle those mysteries unsolved ?
For in those close observations
they tell more than what some see,
But you have to learn to listen
to those shadows that somehow reveal themselves,

Through midnight whispers few shall hear
the mingling of wonders forgotten for years,
We must embrace the beauty and know it as truth,
Tis not a mystery but
our forgotten ancient roots,
Whisper through the moonbeams
on the ray of light,
To those who think life is a riddle
with no purpose of right,
Observe their reactions
you'll know if they hear,
And if they do not,
Turn...
to another's ear,
Just observe us...
Do you know if I hear ?
How can you tell
that my perceptions are clear ?
What is it with us
from miles apart
to be able to share verse
like oneness of heart ?

Laminated Sugar Packets

Laminated Sugar Packets

Sweetness I can't have
for the sugar is concealed
I fight to tear for this taste,
I struggle is loss,
Harmonized in time,
To touched the sweetness,
Oh why...
can't I
have what I need ?
I need a fix,
I want a grain,
A crystal,
A white piece of powder,
Why does it rule my life so ?
Lamented sugar packets,
Can you understand my strife ?
Not to have a taste of nectar
within material I know I can break,
But Damn it this
plastic...
It was a mistake !
The rush that I love for,
The sweet that keeps me on,
Being stole by a shiny clear film.

Paper Mache Nose Hair

Post by carndo » Wed Jul 11, 2007 9:25 pm

Paper Mache Nose Hair

I built it with care
fragile and Slender,
To pull it out for the vanity and pain,
Razor touched
serrated
behind a shadow,
Frightened within a time,
Mirrored in images
water, glue
paper in shredder,
Why would you put such things in your nose?
Wouldn't it be easier to make a hose
where water lows to dissolve and forcefully
feed to crows ?
Maybe the crows will tell me,
Someone has to,
It's not fair !
Where does it come from...
this paper mache nose hair ?
A nose by any other name would still blow,
and bleed,
Breath and stick out,
Some skinny,
Some fat,
Some small,
Some big,
And if you are not happy with the one have,
There is always surgery,
So be content with your nose,
And it will love you forever,
Your paper mache nose hair.
