I Listen To The Ocean Sing

Post by DarleneG » Mon Mar 16, 2015 3:04 am

I listen to the ocean sing,
and feel the presence of my King.
The cry of seabirds hover near,
as crashing waves reach shore and pier.

In the sound of rushing waters,
I can hear the voice of God.
And His waves that tumble toward me,
seem to rise and wave and nod.

(Psalm 23 "He leads us beside the still waters.
He restores our soul.") :hearts:

Thanks, Heinz! I know you like the ocean, too. It has different voices. Sometime, in the future, I probably will write about when the ocean displays anger and rage.

I like "Mother Ocean" when she is happy and peaceful. Her rage can be devastating  Thanks for posting, Darlene! :hearts:
