Truth

Truth

Conjecture defies reality
so we jump
from conclusion
to conclusion.

Confusion defies clarity
so we jump
from opacity
to opacity.

Faith defies reality
so we jump
from miracle
to miracle.

Intolerance defies sufferance
so we jump
from stereotype
to stereotype.

Arrogance defies humility
so we jump
from vanity
to vanity.

Does anyone know
the way to jump
from truth
to truth?

Good question... I've tried but don't seem to have an answer. Perhaps humility? But then again that seems to lead into apathy rather than action. As I said, good question.
