To Do

Post by Berlie » Fri Dec 08, 2006 9:48 am

Every night before I sleep
I write a to-do list for me to keep
Work, Eat, Play
I plan out my every day
Mark them off one by one
So I know just what I've done

Two. Three. Four.
Do no less, do no more.
Eight. Nine. Ten.
All done, start again...

Berlie,

I love this, a nice little rhyme, but what really stands out to me is that this is something we are all familiar with. We all make this "To Do" list, and then try to abide by it, and it stands out to me that you have quite brilliantly put this into ryhme and made the process of writing a "To-Do" list fresh and new, which makes it work very well I think. Thanks for sharing this with us, I enjoyed!

Cheers!

Thanks shawn and debbie,

Just simple little poem that came out as I was looking over my to-do list. I actually do sit down and write one everynight for the next day. Not sure if thats sad or not.
