Many levels to your poem ... individual and collective. I thought it could also speak of innocence and deliberate intent at the same time. Very nice. I enjoyed reading and pondering.

Re: Purely Political Bulls**t (revised)
... I certainly will agree with you ... Purely Political Bulls**t ... is rampant!!
I think you've expressed your "had-it-up-to-here" frustration very well. The pace is fast and I can see the remote being hurled at the TV quite clearly.
I enjoyed your rant!

BeeJay,
Excellent title! I was deeply touched by your poem for it is a journey I too understand.
Clearly expressed and felt.

Rest in Peace Tom ... you are now with your maker who you so dearly loved and served.
I know you will keep smiling down on us all.

Terry,
Splendidly written ....... and so painfully felt.
This poem was etched in heartache and you made us feel the torment.

Joehanna,
I love it ... exciting, innovative write and really captures the readers imagination and emotion.
I agree with x-file about the last two lines. I think perhaps they are unnecessary.
Enjoyed reading ...
