Abduction (Lyrical concept)

Abduction (Lyrical concept) By Davin Casey Circulate, Circulate, All around, and encapsulate me. Penetrate, Elevate, Call me up, and Overwhelm me. You've already abducted the best of us all, Tainted him deep With malevolent flows. Just sitting and waiting and picking at the scabs Is tiring, Humilia...

Lover

Lover By Davin Casey Lover, You’ve created a monster. Friction left you so lackluster. Tears and blood had fed your children. All the sin within your temple Made it look like you were guilty. Cables bare against the ocean, Tortured by the ceaseless waves, All you needed were disciples; Just a dozen...

Re: Don't have to Bleed

I, like Mr. H, have noticed your use of commas and "..." and such in several poems of yours as well. It looks a mite sloppy. The commas ( and "..." and whatnot, you know...

Re: The Window Slams Shut

I'm in awe! That flows so wonderfully as i'm listening to just you and me by chicago in my headphones! I just noticed who you are. Heh, Awe, eh? Well that's perfectly fine with me. Sadly, I don't know the track! Ha ha, So I'm afraid to say the poem wasn't meant to sync with it in anyway. Glad you g...

Re: Lady in waiting.

The most important part of a poem, in my opinion, is the final line.

And you NAILED it with this poem! Chilling, depressing, exciting... Ha ha, It was excellent all around, though! Thank you for sharing.

The Window Slams Shut

The Window Slams Shut By Davin Casey Here, Lost in your vision, I’ve found Solace in the clutches of a beast, Where I’ll discover myself. A murging of the conscience and the soul, One becomes whole, All becomes new. But passion survives in every hue. In a blink, Momentarily eternal, You were naked ...

Refreshing Pools

Refreshing Pools By Davin Casey Refreshing pools, Twins upon this magnificent glen - Inside of these, I have seen unexposed compassion. Beautiful gold, The light inside rejuvenates me.
