Yes! Finesse. Perfect word. Even when they eat. They sniff the food for several minutes, sniff around it, then take bites out of it. My cat sometimes will simply "paw" a morsel out of the dish, then focus on that morsel before pawing another one out. Dogs just chomp right through it. Dish never stay...
