I went through writers block or something. I didn't drop by as much as I should have and really regret it. I've always loved Poetrypages. I have missed everyone on here and am glad I stopped by.

Staying busy taking care of the family. Went back to school for a while and now am just waiting to pass the skills test to become a CNA. I'm a grandma now and that keeps me busy all the time

Jeanne, this is such a wonderful tribute to Heccie...she was such a wonderful person and we will all miss her so much...I'm just glad that I was lucky enough to have the chance to get to know her through her poems and through her very unique replies...there will never be another Heccie...she was one...

Debbie, this is a wonderful tribute to your daughters. Not only are you blessed to have such loving daughters but they also are blessed to have a mother such as you. Happy Mothers Day.

I like this...we all need to gaze into the mirror and see our inner child...sometimes our lives just get so hectic that we can't see the child anymore..thanks for posting this

I'm bumping this in honor of my sister. Feb. 10. 2005 marked the 24th anniversary of her death. She was murdered at the age of 18.
